If you cannot keep your appointment

If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know so that we can offer that time to somebody else. If you fail to attend a letter will be sent to you, if you fail to attend three appointments in six months. A further letter will be sent and it may result in your removal from the practice list.

If you are allocated an emergency appointment and arrive late, the doctor will see you at the end of his surgery.
